Intuspan Compression Fitting Chart

Intuspan NI.  An extremely flexible foam, highly filled with non-combustible additives.  Intuspan NI consists of this foam alone, suitable for smaller movement joints up to 30mm and up to 2 hours fire protection.
Intuspan.  A sandwich of intumescent board, consisting of a modified rubber base filled with graphite and combustion modified foam.  Still provides a high level of movement but suitable for larger gaps up to 100mm.  Can provide up to 4 hours fire integrity according to specification.  No adhesive required.  Install using finger pressure.  Butt joints.
Intuprofile.  A mineral fibre seal for the larger low movement joint (e.g. slab edge/curtain walling).
